How long is processing?

3 to 6 days

How long is shipping?

A. Pre Orders, 4 to 6 weeks. Why? They are not massed produced and are handcrafted by experienced seamstress. They need time to make your unique product.

A2. DHL express orders 9 days after processing

A3. Regular orders 10 to 20 business days. (90% of our products are handcrafted)

If you do not receive tracking information in 10 days, please contact us.

Are returns accepted?

Yes, we accept returns for orders that are defected or wrong only. Since our products are handcrafted we do not accept returns outside of these terms.

Can I exchange a product?

A. We don't normally do customs but when we do custom orders can not be exchanged.

You can exchange a product if you  were sent the wrong size, you can also exchange products for identical products.

Can I cancel an order?

A. You can cancel before 12 hours after placing your order. We try our best to ship our products out fast, so processing begins after 12 hours that your order was placed. You can not cancel while your order is in transit.

Size questions...

A. All products are true to US standard size, there are a few products that are not true to size, please check the description before adding to cart. If the product is not true to size sizing information will be the first sentence in the description.

Can I take the large travel bags on a flight?

A. Yes, they make great carry on bags.

What features do the carry on bags have?

A. Water proof, inner lining, comes with a detachable shoulder strap, Handles are made from vegan leather. Bags are of good quality. Do not put over 32 pounds in your bag or you will break your strap, do not over stuff your bag and force your zipper or you will damage your zipper.

I broke my zipper and strap, what do I do?

A. You can email us at to order a new strap, we do not replace your zipper but you can take your travel bag to your local dry cleaners to get a new zipper.

I don't trust shopping online, is this a scam?

A. No, We are a legit company and have been in business since 2016, You can also click on the images in our blog of celebrities who rock our brand and it will take you directly to their post on Instagram. Where do you ship from?

We choose available and professionals to create our desired business. China have most of the resources we need to have our products produced and its not easy finding a manufacturer to produce particular products. 

Your order will be shipped from our hired outsourced manufacturers, fulfillment centers, or Kingdom of Mel. Our manufacturers do not own the company. They bring our creations in our store to life and provide a service to our company.

We have manufactures located in China, Canada, and The United States.

We choose topnotch manufactures that focuses on quality and satisfying customers by making great products.

Do you make custom orders?

Sometimes. My schedule is full, but you can still email me to see if I can. We do not remove our brand logo.

My package is delayed.

Most of the time packages move smoothly through transit, sometimes they can be delayed or held in customs. Contact your local post office for details. You can also track your package using the tracking number provided on for all US orders.

What day will my package arrive?

When your package ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can check tracking from that email by clicking on the link. A delivery date will be updated by your mail carrier when your package is near. We can not determine the date only USPS.

Discount codes:

we cannot apply a discount code after order is placed. 


around the holidays we get a large amount of emails. We answer ALL emails, it just may take a little longer than normal because of the holiday rush. We will contact you soon as we can.

Holiday shipping times are between November 10th and January 30th. Holiday shipping may have delays due to the load of packages USPS receives worldwide. We suggest you choose DHL shipping around that time.
