Where is my order?:
Hi, we appreciate your support!
Our products are designed by Tiffany Hill and She have them made by selected warehouses, in China, United states, and Canada. Quality and design are very important to us, this is why we choose carefully who we have produce our creations. Our packages from our China location has been delayed and we are working on getting these packages to you as soon as possible. Due to the delay we have been getting an abnormal amount of emails and it will take more than the average 48 hours to reply to some emails, but we do reply to all emails and customer inquiries. If you have not gotten a reply feel free to email us again. We have hired new customer service representatives to help our customers.
We truly appreciate the support and we are very sorry for the experience these unexpected delays has caused some of our customers. We have just been notified today that many of our packages from orders made in February are being held at the post office, we are working on having them move forward immediately. If you have received your order please let us know and tag us on Instagram or Facebook.
Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience and delays and thank you for being patient with us, ans choosing our company. This is the first time this has happened and we will make sure this doesn't happen again. We have been in business since 2016 and from our experience, shipping and processing usually takes two weeks after orders are made (our products are cut and sewn when ordered), the latest three weeks. Rush orders are not affected, they take 10 to 12 days and are being shipped through DHL. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at anytime.
Your order is made from scratch and processed according to your order, then they are shipped. Shipping and Processing takes 10 to 20 days after you place your order.
Tracking information will be emailed to you in 7 to 10 days after order is placed. Email us if you have not received tracking information in 11 days.
Where are you located?
Designer is from NYC but we are not based out of NYC anymore we are currently online only, One designer, several manufacturers. But we have manufactures who ships most of our products for us to make sure everything runs as fast and smoothly as possible.
Do you sell B2B?:
Currently only the T-shirts. fill out our contact form for inquiries.
What brand is your products?:
Our brand is called Kingdom of Mel. Its an independent brand making a name for itself by Designer and artist Tiffany T. Hill.
I need to change or cancel my order?:
You have 12 hours before your order goes into processing. After 12 hours, materials were used to create your product and it is being made and processed.
Do you Ship internationally?:
Yes to most places
Is your business black owned?:
Yes. The Owner name is Tiffany Hill.
Why is my package being shipped from China if you are black owned?
Black owned businesses are not limited from using resources and manufacturers that non black owned businesses use. We do our research and choose available and professionals to create our desired business.
Your order will be shipped from our hired outsourced manufacturers, fulfillment centers, or Tiffantasy. Our manufacturers do not own the company. They bring our creations in our store to life and provide a service to our company.
We have manufactures located in China, Canada, and The United States.

Do you do custom orders?:
Sometimes. My schedule is full, but you can still email me to see if I can. We also will never remove our brand logo.
My mail hasn't moved yet:
It will soon, contact your local post office for details. You can also track your package using the tracking number provided on usps.com for all US orders.
What day will my package arrive?:
When your package ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can check tracking from that email. A delivery date will be updated by your mail carrier when your package is near. We can not determine the date only USPS.
we cannot apply a discount code after order is placed.
around the holidays we get a large amount of emails. We answer ALL emails, it just may take a little longer than normal because of the holiday rush. We will contact you soon as we can.
Holiday shipping times are between November 10th and January 30th. Holiday shipping may have delays due to the load of packages USPS receives worldwide.
