By completing an order on our website, you agree to our store Privacy policy, Refund policy and Terms of service.

Shipping and Processing

Most items are made per order ( handmade/custom made) The designer of Kingdom of Mel only designs her products and send out her designs to be made. If anything is customized by the designer herself it will be for special orders only.

If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us within 12 hours after your order is placed by email or Facebook messenger.

Standard shipping and processing takes 16 to 20 days  for all US orders, excluding possible delays.

The majority of our T-shirts will take 1 to 2 weeks to get to you after order is placed, depending on what style you choose.

For faster shipping, we offer DHL. Processing takes 2 to 3 days and shipping takes 3 to 5 days. Please email us at before you checkout for DHL shipping. There is a fee for DHL we will let you know the price difference/balance you will have to pay. We accept DHL payments through PayPal. 

Shipping takes 4 to 8 weeks for all International orders. Buyer is responsible for any custom fees if it applies.

You will receive tracking information within 7 to 10 days after purchase because it takes 7 to 10 days to make your designs.

We are not responsible for post office issues, we are not responsible for custom fees that may apply to orders outside of the United states, but you can contact us and we will try to help you to the best of our ability. 

All items are shipped separately. We hire our manufactures to ship straight from their factory.

Our company is located in the US we started in NYC and we ship from different locations worldwide to cater to our business and customer needs. We have multiple manufacturers to cut processing time. They are hand picked for their expertise in what they produce to insure our customers are getting professionally made products.

Your order will be shipped from our hired outsourced manufacturers, fulfillment centers, or Tiffantasy. Our manufacturers do not own the company. They bring our creations in our store to life and provide a service to our company.

We have manufactures located in China, Canada, and The United States.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at and send it to the address we provide to you, do not send back to address on package. Send it  within 14 days of the delivery date with a note with your name order number and reason for return. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a store credit or discount code for use on a future purchase it will be valid for one year.

Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear)  Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.We do not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Kingdom of Mel reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Non-Spivey-VIP items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

 Final Sale Items

All items considered “Final Sale” Cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable. In the event of an unauthorized return, Spivey VIP reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, or final sale items.


Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to us, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a discount code or an E-Gift Card, store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the discount code or E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item. .

Return by Mail

Please write a note with your order number, name and reason for return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, bodysuit dresses, swimwear, undergarments, or final sale items. Used items will be returned to sender.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 


Store credit via discount code or card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by us. Your credit or discount covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable.We do not credit original shipping charges.

Custom Promotional Designs

Custom Designs are non- Returnable or exchangeable, after process begins. We begin your design after you send payment and details or after 48 hours. We can not cancel a custom order after processing has begun.

Stale Returns

We require items to be returned within 14 days of original receipt. Returns received to our return location after 14 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, We will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed. An E-Gift Card or discount code for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
